Do you work with clients who are not plant based?

Yes I do. I am qualified and experienced to assist you with your goal no matter what your dietary preference is.

I don’t want to lose weight. I want to gain weight. Can you help me?
Yes. I can help you to gain weight in a healthy way by making sure that the foods you eat to gain weight will provide you with the nutrients that you need and ensure that you don’t gain unhealthy weight too quickly.
Does the meal plan include recipes?
It does not typically include recipes, unless I add a meal that I think you may need a recipe for. If you want any additional recipes, I will be happy to provide you with some. Otherwise you can also check out my blog for recipes.
Do you work with male clients?

No, this is only for female clients.

How much do you charge for the online consultation?

The initial online consultation of 30 minutes is free. It is a chance for me to get to know you better, to understand your concerns and see how we can work together to help you achieve your goals.

What is the cost for your services?

Please refer to the Services page for all pricing.

How do I make payment?
I will send you an invoice for the service you would like. Payment can be made by EFT from your bank account or with Pay Pal through a link on my website.
